Job Summary
We are seeking two highly skilled and compassionate Personal Assistants to join our team and provide essential support to a young individual with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2:1 care and support to the individual, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist with personal care and toileting needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Accompany the individual on social outings and community activities, fostering meaningful relationships and experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the individual's family and other support staff to ensure seamless care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the individual's support network.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates with a caring and compassionate nature.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Experienced in providing support to individuals with complex needs, preferably in a community-based setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to drive the individual's vehicle.
