Job Title: Registered ManagerWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team and create a warm and inclusive environment for our residents. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for promoting dignity and independence, striving for excellence through the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead our team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with our extended team of healthcare professionals to improve the quality of life for our residents
