Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and collaborating on technical components of pre-sales efforts to envision potential solutions.
  • Assessing the resources and costs necessary for implementation.
  • Delivering and executing infrastructure solutions within large-scale environments.
  • Adhering to established project methodologies and creating documentation for proposals.
  • Interpreting high-level architectures and collaborating within a team to develop detailed designs for implementation support.
  • Evaluating, integrating, and testing new hardware and software, encompassing servers, networks, storage, and desktop environments.
  • Enhancing and maintaining the infrastructure landscape, ensuring its reliability and supportability.
  • Providing assistance to third-line colleagues, leveraging your expertise to address complex challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional technical teams within a project setting.
  • Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible is essential.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.
  • Exceptional documentation skills, capable of creating user-friendly documents and operational procedures for service desk personnel.
  • Extensive experience in Infrastructure Management with practical knowledge in deploying and developing cloud-based infrastructure, particularly in Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical accreditation (e.g., MCSE) along with additional certifications in other technology domains.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent. Hybrid work model with office attendance 2-3 times a week.
Security Clearance: Must either possess or be willing to obtain DV Clearance.
