Main Responsibilities
  • Organize vehicle delivery and collection to maximize service standards and minimize costs.
  • Source vehicles to meet customer bookings, working with the central fleet team and local branches.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in-house rental system.
  • Coordinate repairs and warranty work for vehicles as needed.
  • Accurately complete fuel documentation daily and ensure competent staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Identify and report new business opportunities.
