Our client is an expanding construction company, seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of their construction sites. As a Senior Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a construction management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
