Role Overview
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to assist the Head of Housekeeping in overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards are upheld in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators
  • Ensure timely completion of staff time sheets
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality cleaning service with a focus on infection prevention
  • Conduct induction training aligned with healthcare policies
  • Maintain accurate housekeeping cleaning logs
