Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As a result of continued success and a very strong order book given new project awards, this is an excellent opportunity to work for an organisation that values its employees and to work on multi-specialist projects to the value of up to £2 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Develop plans to fit the schedule of works.
  • Identify ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity.
  • Correspond with external stakeholders to document all activities.
  • Deliver design and build projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality / industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Mechanical Contracts Management and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our team to deliver projects to the highest standard, so a collaborative and proactive approach is essential.
