About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert quantity surveying services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices, with a focus on budget control, risk analysis, and monthly valuations. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgets and costs for construction projects
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and submit monthly valuations and reports
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement quantity surveying best practices

Requirements
  • RICS-accredited degree in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Chartered quantity surveyor (CQS) or working towards CQS
