Job Title: Billings / Credit Controller

Your new company: You will be joining a global business, initially on a long-term temporary basis.

Your new role: Working as part of a skilled credit control team, you will take responsibility for your own ledger of key accounts. Your duties within this position will be evenly split between billing and cash collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and verify customer information to produce accurate invoices
  • Ensure high levels of billing accuracy are achieved in line with targets and service level agreements
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Chase due payments through various channels, including telephone, email, and letter
  • Resolve invoice-related queries and issues to ensure prompt payment
  • Issue credit notes as required
  • Provide regular reports on aged debt
Requirements:
  • Experience in raising customer invoices is essential
  • Credit control or collection experience is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy are required
