Job Title: Sous Chef

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a section, training and inspiring your team, and ensuring that our food is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring that your team is working together effectively
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and service
  • Support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control
  • Manage the kitchen team, ensuring that health and hygiene regulations are met
