Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be integral to our multidisciplinary teams, actively participating in patient care from admission through to discharge. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate personal care to patients, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment while keeping accurate documentation.
- Collaborating with registered healthcare professionals and senior colleagues, both independently and as part of a team.
- Contributing to service improvements through effective communication and prioritization of tasks.
- Exhibiting a professional demeanor and exceptional customer care skills.
- Participating in both day hospital and outpatient services.
