Purpose of the RoleThis role is designed to support and assist the Medical and Hospitality Valuation team with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with on-site surveys, including property inspections and measurements.
- Carry out technical valuation work across all medical and hospitality sectors.
- Prepare detailed reports.
- Work towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation.
The key relationship will be working closely with the Medical Director & Hospitality Director valuations on a daily basis, with the goal of completing Valuation work for a strong client base.
Secondary relationships will be to support the wider medical and hospitality team as needed.
The candidate will be encouraged to assist with external client meetings to build their own client/contact base and help generate business for the team.
Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with:
- An RICS Accredited property degree.
- A full UK Driving License.
- Report writing skills.
- Previous experience within Valuation (desirable).
- Previous experience working within a professional service (desirable).
