Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and rectify system faults, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing breakdowns and providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete maintenance tasks, both individually and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Full UK driving license and access to reliable transportation to travel between sites.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and be on call, as required.
