Our client, a leading provider of shelving and display units for major UK retailers, requires an individual with proven expertise in operating FLT Reach Trucks within a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick orders using the FLT Reach Truck, ensuring efficiency and precision.
  • Utilize warehouse management software and tablets to process orders effectively.
  • Unload containers promptly and safely, contributing to smooth operations.
  • Move and store stock in designated locations, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Securely wrap and strap pallets for safe transportation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company health and safety protocols.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as required to support the business needs.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Valid and current FLT Reach Truck license with demonstrable experience operating this equipment.
  • Proven order picking skills and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures.
  • Proficiency in using electronic devices and software applications.
  • Excellent physical fitness to handle unloading containers manually and with the FLT.
  • A willingness to work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.

Assessment:

You will be required to undergo a competency assessment on the Reach truck with our client.
