Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan to build a strong book of business, focusing on permanent placements.
- Source and attract top talent, building relationships with clients and candidates to meet their recruitment needs.
- Post and write job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Visit clients and interview candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of success in building a desk.
- Pioneering spirit, with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to deal with a variety of issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can-do attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client and candidate needs.
