Job Title: Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing training programs, events, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage training initiatives, including design, development, and delivery
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions
  • Develop and maintain accurate training records and support the evaluation of training initiatives
  • Assist managers in developing their team members through training, performance management, and career pathing
  • Support the development of community, education, and outreach programs to promote employee engagement and wellbeing
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role focused on employee engagement, training, or event management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement
  • Ability to adhere to policies and practices while being flexible to meet the needs of the business
