First Choice Staff is seeking an Air Cargo Export Specialist to enhance our dynamic team.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role presents an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing air cargo exports from initiation to completion
  • Coordinating shipments in accordance with client directives and standard operating procedures
  • Providing timely freight quotations
  • Maintaining effective communication with agents, airlines, transporters, and logistics providers
  • Preparing essential documentation including MAWBs-IATA, B2B, and consolidations
  • Keeping clients informed about their shipment statuses
  • Managing customs entries in line with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Air Cargo Exports
  • Familiarity with air import customs is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Cargowise is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
