M Group Services is seeking a highly skilled Operational Planning Coordinator to join our Water Network Alliance contract in North Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Resource Management Specialist to work closely with our operational supervisors and planners to plan, direct, and monitor the activities of the team to achieve all performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resource capacity and adjust in real-time to ensure compliance with current and future resource levels.
  • Update and maintain our contract support system, F0CUS.
  • Review the plan to ensure resources are matched to geography, skills, and job types.
  • Monitor resource levels in real-time to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure workloads from all work streams are captured and reviewed to optimize resource levels.
Requirements
