About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the enhancement of data quality, optimizing data accuracy, and conducting data health checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our business stakeholders to identify areas for data enhancement and develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of data issues, working closely with technology, operations, and product teams.
  • Optimize data accuracy through streamlined automation and user-friendly processes.
  • Conduct data health checks and implement data rules to ensure the quality of data across key data elements.
  • Support the creation of reports and visualization solutions that provide interpretation and insight into business data and processes.
Requirements
  • An analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with SQL to investigate and fix data issues.
  • Ability to produce reports and dashboards.
  • Good planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Scripting experience (e.g. PowerShell) is desirable.
  • Awareness of Data Protection and GDPR.
