We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Level 3 qualified Lead Early Years Educator to join our Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

What you'll be doing
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to provide outstanding care and education
- Ensure the learning environment is consistently stimulating and offers engaging activities for children, both indoors and outdoors
- Plan and deliver enriching learning experiences and exceptional care to support children's individual development
- Foster strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child's unique needs
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment
What we're looking for
- Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
- Proficient in using various communication techniques with children and adults
