Due to ongoing growth and expansion, Travail Employment Group is seeking to appoint a Sales Support Specialist for a well-established manufacturer. The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional assistance to the sales team and sales engineers while ensuring high-quality customer service and support to clients.

You will collaborate closely with your team, providing both sales and administrative assistance, and coordinating with sales, warehouse, and technical departments.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist:
  • Provide technical information and support to the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate data entry on the ERP system.
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining and nurturing key accounts.
  • Foster client relationships by understanding accounts, upselling, and recommending alternative products.

Requirements for the Sales Support Specialist:
  • A background in electrical, construction, or distribution sales environments.
  • Experience in sales, sales support, or sales coordination roles.
  • This position is ideal for individuals who have experience in customer service or sales environments, particularly those who have handled sales inquiries and processed technical orders. Suitable candidates may have held roles such as customer support executive, customer service advisor, customer care coordinator, sales support, or sales coordinator.

This is an office-based role with standard working hours starting at 09:00. However, for the right candidate, flexible hours can be accommodated, including the option to work 1-2 days from home.
