About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Solicitor to join our team at Realm Recruit. As a Care Solicitor, you will play a vital role in managing a mixed caseload and making a tangible impact in your local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mixed caseload of cases, providing expert advice and representation to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's social impact initiatives and community engagement activities.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a similar role.
  • Strong advocacy skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
