About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at West Shore Home. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through our in-home sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run up to 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments each day within your designated territory
  • Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies
  • Lead clients through a personalized sales process, providing solutions to meet their home remodeling needs
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and drive sales
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but we welcome recent graduates and individuals with customer-facing backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
