We are seeking a practical, positive, and energetic individual to join our team as a Caretaker at Merchants' Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school environment is safe, well-maintained, and meets Health and Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the school's physical environment, including security, general maintenance, and cleaning of designated areas.
- Ensure the safety, good order, and tidiness of the school site.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and minor DIY projects.
- Contribute to the overall upkeep and organization of the school's facilities.
Requirements:
- Basic literacy and IT skills.
- Full driving license.
- Friendly and helpful manner.
- Practical and good DIY skills.
