Orka Financial is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their EMEA Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cash Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash postings, allocating customer payments, and running statements, invoices, and proof of deliveries.
  • Customer Liaison: They will proactively chase EMEA customers to ensure timely payments, utilizing credit agency reports to recommend credit limits and maintaining accurate customer master data.
  • Financial Operations: The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for direct debit collection set-ups, ensuring departmental paperwork is filed accurately, and following up on queries to resolution.
  • Order Management: They will manage orders, release orders, and handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
  • Financial Analysis: The successful candidate will perform credit checks and risk assessments on potential clients, collaborate with the Finance team on customer account due diligence, terms, reconciliations, and payment recovery.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with SAP (AP), MS Office, and SAP Concur.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish is essential, French is preferable.
