We are seeking an exceptional Senior Nurse Leader to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our senior nursing team, you will work in partnership with the Ward Manager, Matron, and Head of Nursing to provide leadership and promote trust values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the nursing team and contribute to the development of quality, patient experience, and patient safety agendas.
  • Attend ward meetings and ensure that information is shared with the wider team.
  • Support the Ward Manager and existing Ward Sisters to ensure evidence-based care is provided to all patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve quality methodology and Clinical Governance.
