We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Inspecting Officer to join our team at Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service Headquarters in Ripley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on fire safety matters.
- Develop and implement fire safety strategies and plans to mitigate risks and prevent fires.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective fire safety management across the organization.
Requirements:
- SO1/SO2/POD* level of experience and qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
