About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse to join our Neurodevelopmental team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a Senior Clinical Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Main Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to families and carers to promote understanding and empowerment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new delivery, finance, and workforce models to improve outcomes for children and young people.
