We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our client, a well-respected public sector organisation in the North East. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to continue their professional development and contribute to the development of leading practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and support in relation to all areas of employment law, including TUPE, equal pay, unfair dismissal, and redundancy.
- Represent the organisation at employment tribunals and liaise with internal and external clients.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Employment Law and an ambition to deal with employment law matters within the public sector. Our client is open to experience from other sectors, including private practice and in-house.
