Energy Transition and Utilities Leadership Role

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Energy Transition and Utilities team. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering high-profile projects that help our clients transition to a low-carbon, sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and implement effective information management strategies, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions that drive value and improve project execution.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Proven track record in capital projects and/or asset-intensive industry, with experience in developing and deploying information management capabilities.
- Experience with industry initiatives such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and industrial standards like ISO 8000 & ISO 15926.
- Strong business improvement skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery, with a proven ability to sell and deliver consulting solutions.
