Grower Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced horticultural professional to lead our team of growers and nursery staff. As a Grower Team Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to achieve high-quality plant production.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of horticultural professionals to achieve daily production targets.
- Report directly to the Nursery Manager and receive daily instructions to execute tasks around the nursery.
- Develop and implement health and safety training programs for the team.
- Collaborate with the team to complete tasks such as potting, pruning, and plant care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for horticulture and a commercial setting.
- A recognized horticultural qualification is desirable, but not essential.
- Pesticide Application Certificates are a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate.
MorePeople is a family-owned business with over 40 acres of plant production in Hertfordshire. We supply plants to Europe-wide customers and offer no minimum order requirements for landscape and garden professionals.
