Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive, hands-on Concrete Plant Operator to join our team at our Tom's Forest Concrete Plant. As a Supervisor, you'll have the autonomy to run your own site, playing a key part in our concrete production within the area, ensuring the site runs smoothly to meet the needs of our local customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Batching concrete to meet customer specifications
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Liaising with distribution teams and hauliers to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or environment, such as asphalt, aggregates, concrete, cement, quarrying, or mining
  • Hardworking, reliable, and professional individual with good communication skills
  • NVQ Wheeled Loading Shovel licence is desirable, but full training will be given to the successful applicant
  • Experience of working in an environment where Health and Safety is paramount
