About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Havant, Hampshire. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in running the store, leading by example and driving a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Support in maintaining excellent store standards and consistently delivering KPIs.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team, identifying and nurturing talent and training them to achieve success.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to maximize store performance and drive sales growth.
  • Be a hands-on team player who role models the B&M way of working to the team.

Requirements

  • Management experience within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Experience managing medium to large-sized teams.
  • A history of working towards and successfully delivering KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
