**Job Title:** Contractor Repair Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contractor Repair Manager to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of our construction sites and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Ensure that all construction sites are properly managed and maintained, including the supervision of direct labour operatives and subcontractors.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with our quality control procedures.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures, including the maintenance of COSHH data and the provision of training and inductions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and residents, ensuring that all interactions are courteous and professional.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on site performance, including output and performance metrics, and maintain accurate HR records for all site personnel.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English (both at Grade B).
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction site management and health and safety.
- Certifications: Valid SSSTS/SMSTS certificate, and a valid driving licence.
- Desirable: Fire Marshall certificate and IPAF certification.
