We combine the capabilities of an external creative and production team with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house setup. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
The Senior Agency Project Manager plays a critical role in connecting client managers, external agencies, and resource management teams on larger, more complex, and/or critical projects. They are responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of assets to brief owners or channels and ensuring all deliverables are correctly defined, created, and land on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the delivery of assets to brief owners or channels
- Connect across agencies, including media buying and production, to ensure all deliverables are correctly defined, created, and land on time
- Lead project management best practice on larger, more complex, and/or critical projects
- Work with senior client managers and production managers to build, own, and operate the agency project management process and procedures
- Responsible for creating, owning, and running project plans for larger, more complex, and/or critical projects
- Negotiate resource time and commitment with operations teams according to client needs
- Ensure project runs to schedule and deliverables land on time
- Support client managers in project communications, but may need to communicate directly with clients
- Involved in checking and delivery of assets to clients and to and from other agencies and media partners across multiple platforms
- Manage the work of Agency Project Managers
Requirements
- Senior project management experience or other appropriate delivery experience in a creative agency or business
- Experience working with media buying and planning teams is essential
- Experience managing a production house or working in a production studio is a plus
- Demonstrate strong experience and understanding of digital asset management and delivery
- Experience in communication with clients and resource negotiation
- Strong ability to understand, map, and plan processes, turning them into robust project plans
- Likely to hold a degree or equivalent apprenticeship or experience in a creative, business, process, or similar field
- Highly comfortable working in a fluid creative environment where plans change rapidly
- Can bring teams and peers together around complex process planning, creating robust systems for all critical projects to build on
