In this role, you will report directly to the Deputy Food Architect and will be adept at managing various kitchen sections, ensuring the meticulous preparation and presentation of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a passion for culinary arts, staying ahead of food trends, and contributing to a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • Assist the senior management team in executing the Campus food strategy effectively.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation for all food and beverages prepared and served.
  • Ensure readiness for audits and uphold exceptional standards across all operational aspects, including finance and health & safety regulations.
  • Actively support compliance with all company policies and statutory regulations related to health, safety, hygiene, and fire safety.
  • Lead your designated section, promoting adherence to health and food safety regulations while serving as a safety ambassador.
  • Conduct due diligence and compliance processes as required, ensuring timely reporting of any risks.
  • Facilitate the proactive completion of corrective action plans resulting from inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00. Qualifications: A valid Food Safety Level 2 certificate (completed or renewed within the last three years) is required.
