Exciting Opportunity for a Junior Legal PA

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Legal PA to join our dynamic team at Career Legals. As a Junior Legal PA, you will play a vital role in supporting our fee earners and contributing to the smooth operation of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management and Meeting Organisation: You will be responsible for managing the diaries of our fee earners, ensuring that meetings and appointments are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner.
  • Expense Processing: You will process expenses for our fee earners, ensuring that all receipts and invoices are accurately recorded and reimbursed.
  • Event Support: You will assist with the organisation of small events, including preparing materials and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Billing: You will be responsible for preparing and sending bills to clients, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Matter Management: You will assist with the opening of new matters, including conducting AML checks and preparing engagement letters.
  • Client Database Management: You will ensure that our client database is up-to-date and accurate, including recording all client interactions and correspondence.
