About The Role

As a Site Manager with Morrison Energy Services, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Construction Team. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the repair and maintenance of our underground assets, as well as the installation of new connections and network investment works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project team members, and stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and maximize profit while minimizing costs.
  • Variations and Valuations: Handle variations and valuations, including submission and settlement, to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment: Manage and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Human Resources: Manage human resources issues, including training and development, to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer issues and concerns, providing suitable resolutions and ensuring high-quality work.
  • Project Performance: Monitor and control project performance, including overtime and wages payments, to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery.
Requirements:
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess technical civil construction knowledge under HAUC and NRSWA, as well as awareness of SPEN policies and procedures.
  • Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate commercial awareness and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Computer Literacy: Be proficient in computer software and systems.
