Actemium EV is a dedicated business unit focused on electric vehicle charging solutions, with a growing presence in this sector. We are currently seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our dynamic and expanding team.

**The Role**
As an HR Officer, you will be part of the HR department and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries. Your duties will involve a combination of HR generalist and administrative tasks, including:
- Assisting with recruitment and new employee onboarding
- Providing staff with guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Managing absence and holiday requests
- Supporting performance management and employee communication
- Updating and maintaining HR information systems
- Preparing and processing payroll
- Completing statutory reports
- Organizing staff travel arrangements
This is a varied role that will involve providing support to the HR Manager and Business Unit General Manager on a range of tasks and projects.
**Requirements**
- CIPD qualification (ideally)
- At least two years of experience in HR generalist roles, with knowledge and experience in the above HR areas
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Results-focused, with the ability to work independently
