Reconditioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Reco Development Manager. As a key member of our reconditioning team, you will be responsible for managing existing return customer accounts and developing new Reco return business.

• Manage existing returns customers from various industries, including chemicals, lubricants, paints, coatings, pharmaceuticals, and food.
• Develop customer relationships through personal support and professional consulting based on individual customer needs and requirements.
• Identify and develop additional return business opportunities in line with company strategy and legislative requirements.
• Generate new return business opportunities, including new market potentials and strategic negotiations.
• Conduct market, industry, and competition analysis and report findings.
• Introduce products and services to new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the external Sales team to formulate joint opportunities for increased business.

• Competence and understanding in business.
• Experience in an external role, ideally in the field of industrial packaging or chemicals.
• Professional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Competence with regard to customer service and attention to detail.
• Understanding and willingness to develop service solutions to support the customer.
• A passion for sustainability.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competence in the use of MS Office, ideally also ERP systems including SAP and CRM.
• Full clean driving license.
