Job Summary: Madisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join their team on a temporary contract for a 2-year period in the NW London area.

About the Role: As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for contributing to the build of various Residential projects in the surrounding areas. Your duties will include:

  • Snagging and Repairs: Identifying and rectifying defects in residential properties.
  • Floor Laying: Installing flooring for small bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Carpentry: Performing various carpentry tasks, including fitting and assembling components.
  • Hands-on Candidate: Demonstrating a willingness to get involved in various aspects of the construction process.
  • Patch Plastering: Applying plaster to repair damaged areas.
  • All-round Skills: Possessing a range of skills to tackle various tasks.
  • Paint and Decorating Experience: Applying paint and decorative finishes to residential properties.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Can-do Attitude: A positive and proactive approach to work.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Relevant experience and qualifications in multiple areas.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to work on multiple tasks and requirements throughout the day.
  • No CSCS Required: No requirement for a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
