We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team in our Hinckley store. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the world's leading pizza delivery company and play a major role in the brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Hygiene and Store Cleanliness: Manage all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees.
- Cost Control: Control costs on a day-to-day basis to improve profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Team Motivation: Motivate your team to promote efficiency throughout the store and achieve our company's high standards.
- Brand Image and Service Standards: Maintain a strong brand image and service standards, including uniform/presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service.
- Product Quality: Always maintain and develop product quality to meet our company's high standards.
