Key Responsibilities

  • Generating Sales Ledger Invoices
  • Managing Credit Control
  • Utilizing online client management systems
  • Processing client applications on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Creating single and consolidated invoices
  • Establishing new client profiles, pay rates, and priorities within the job management system
  • Compiling cost and revenue reports
  • Preparing sales ledger reports
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Reconciling sales accounts
  • Updating invoicing and account spreadsheets on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Pegasus Opera 3 or comparable accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the Construction sector
  • Understanding of CAFM systems, as many clients utilize web-based platforms
  • Knowledge of the Job Logic management system is advantageous but not essential.
