As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to our customers, ensuring their dignity, respect, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and social activities.
  • Support customers with temporary or terminal illnesses, providing emotional and practical care as needed.
  • Assist with light domestic duties, such as bed making, and help with eating and drinking.
  • Support customers with social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, such as hobbies and recreation.

*To be eligible for the £750 joining bonus, you must meet the following criteria: If you have not been working in the care industry for the previous 2 years OR have come straight from education (eg, college, sixth form, apprenticeship). You must be employed for a minimum of 8 hours per week. The scheme must be a CQC registered provider in Suffolk. You must work for at least 12 weeks with Orwell and pass this starting period to qualify for the payment.
