As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment in our Refectory Restaurant, Garden Room, and Chapter House Bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for our guests
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guests' requests and queries
  • Set up and maintain the Refectory Restaurant, Garden Room, and Chapter House Bar for service
  • Provide excellent service to guests during Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner Service
  • Serve guests light refreshments and take food and drink orders
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to learn new skills and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, days, and weekends
