Role Purpose:
We are seeking a Lead Financial Strategy Partner to play a crucial role within the Interior Operations Finance Team. This position will provide essential support to the Leadership Team and the broader Operations and Finance Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a member of the Operations Finance Team.
2. Collaborate with senior non-financial stakeholders, offering in-depth analysis of financial and KPI reports, while monitoring management account packages to enhance profitability and performance.
3. Elevate the understanding and influence of financial reporting on business outcomes by delivering insightful analysis that connects financial data to business strategies.
4. Ensure timely and high-quality reporting, establishing a robust framework of controls and reconciliations to support the integrity of the data.
5. Oversee and refine reporting inputs, engaging with local Finance Teams to provide a comprehensive finance service.
6. Conduct ad hoc investigations, generate reports, and develop capital proposals and financial recommendations aligned with business strategies and performance objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Profound knowledge of financial management, reporting, controls, and governance processes.
- Experience in maintaining standard costing systems, analyzing variances, and updating business ERP systems.
Skills & Attributes:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of extracting and interpreting critical information from extensive data sets.
- Strong analytical mindset, adept at interpreting data and generating meaningful insights.
- Comfortable preparing detailed financial and performance models to support decision-making.
- Eagerness to engage with the business beyond traditional finance roles.
