- Support financial reporting by maintaining forecasting tools, resolving issues, and providing detailed support to project teams.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to prepare for audits, providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Update and rectify forecasting tools, integrating data accurately and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Offer prompt and detailed support to project-related queries.
- Education to degree level and a finance-related qualification such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Experience working in a finance team, preferably in an analytical and rounded role.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Based in Oxfordshire, this role requires full office presence during the initial training period, with hybrid working options once settled. The successful candidate will benefit from an attractive package, including 30 days of annual leave and a competitive pension contribution exceeding 15%.
