Lookers is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to enhance our exceptional workshop team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to conduct comprehensive vehicle health assessments utilizing advanced technology, perform routine maintenance services, and execute necessary repairs.

Our technicians are crucial to our Service team, ensuring exceptional customer service at every interaction. We invite qualified Vehicle Technicians or experienced Mechanics, whether from a dealership or independent garage background, to consider joining our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting thorough vehicle health checks using state-of-the-art technology
• Performing vehicle services in line with manufacturer specifications and customer requirements
• Executing additional repairs as authorized by the customer
• Carrying out warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed
• Taking customer vehicles for road tests to confirm all issues have been resolved
• Completing all necessary paperwork to a high standard
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a mechanic. You should be self-driven, ambitious, and eager to expand your knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of work. A full UK driving license and completion of NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification are essential.
Experience with the Mercedes brand is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive brand training will be provided. A valid MOT license is also preferred.
