About the Position

We are seeking a professional with substantial commercial insight, ideally with experience on both the client and contractor sides. In addition to essential office-based commercial expertise, the candidate will be required to conduct site visits and assess work completed in residents' homes, making strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications Specific to the Role:
Professional Associate qualification RICS/CIOB or equivalent.
