Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of travel products, including tour operators, airlines, and cruise lines.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, tailoring travel solutions to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Support colleagues in their sales efforts, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both face-to-face and online, to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and customer needs to continuously improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a travel sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of travel products, including tour operators and airlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to support other retail branches as needed.
